Evan Bell
Co-Founder & Principal
Evan Bell is a co-founder and principal of Unity Capital. Having previously served as an executive at one of the nation’s largest private real estate bridge lenders, Mr. Bell began his career as a real estate finance attorney representing large financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Bank in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loan financings aggregating in excess of $10 billion.
Mr. Bell was awarded his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and earned his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and recipient of Westlaw’s Corpus Juris Secundum Award.

Ron Jacobs
Co-Founder & Principal
Ron Jacobs is a co-founder and principal of Unity Capital. In 1994, Mr. Jacobs founded Bankruptcy Services, Inc. (BSI), serving as its President and CEO. Commencing in 2003, when BSI was acquired by Epiq Systems (NASDAQ: EPIQ), Mr. Jacobs served as President of the acquired entity and has continued in that role until 2012. In addition, since 1989, Mr. Jacobs has served as President and CEO of Millennium Financial Services, Millennium Capital Management and Omni Partnership Services. These real estate investment and administrative management companies have provided oversight, management and administration for approximately 200 privately placed real estate limited partnerships, representing several billion dollars of real estate asset value and over 45,000 investors.
From 1982-1989, Mr. Jacobs served as First Vice President of Integrated Resources, Inc., a diversified financial services company with a significant concentration in real estate acquisition, marketing and finance.
Mr. Jacobs earned his B.A. from Union College in Schenectady, New York and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
